Student Registration Information
Welcome to Shasta Lake School, we're thrilled to have you join us!
To kickstart the registration process, please gather the following items:
Registration form and a cumulative records request
IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)
If you're enrolling a Transitional Kindergartener or Kindergartener, be sure to pick up a TK/K enrollment/informational resource packet. This comprehensive packet contains everything your child needs to start school, along with readiness information, an activity book, starting kindergarten supplies, and more.
For those residing outside the Gateway Unified School District boundaries, an approved Interdistrict Transfer Agreement is necessary. If you live within the district boundaries but outside your preferred school site, an approved Intradistrict Transfer Agreement is required.
Both Interdistrict and Intradistrict forms can be obtained from the school office or downloaded from the provided links (above and below).
