Weekly Events for June 1-4

We are in our final week of school.  The last day of school is Thursday.  Teachers have some creative and enjoyable activities planned this final week.

With the uncertainty of next school year, we are going to have students KEEP their chromebooks through the summer.  AGAIN, we are NOT collecting chromebooks.

If you are not planning on attending SLS or CVHS (as a 9th grader) next year, you must return your chromebook on Tuesday or Wednesday to avoid being charged.

If you are working from a paper based work packet at home, please plan to submit all of your work on Tuesday, between 9-10 or Wednesday, between 4-5.  This will also be a scheduled time for the return of all of the following items:  Hot Spots, athletic uniforms, library books, and history textbooks.

5th grade students, please return The Hatchet book.

Music students, please return your instruments.

Please drive by the FRONT of the OFFICE to drop off ALL of the above listed items.

Do you have a future SLS kindergarten student that will be 5 by September 1st?  Or possibly a transitional kindergartener who will be 5 by March 1st?  If so, you please plan to come to the school on Tuesday, between 9-10 or Wednesday, between 4-5 to pick up an enrollment packet or turn in a completed enrollment packet.  If you have questions about enrollment, please call our school at 275-7020.

Please remember that all students entering the 7th grade must have their t-dap immunization and all new kindergarteners will need to be current on their immunizations.

8th grade students that are scheduled for their Monday promotion ceremony, please arrive promptly.  We were able to move through the schedule very quickly on Friday.

We post many updates and information on our social media pages!

Students that sell 10 or more tickets will be invited to a nacho party.  The proceeds from this fundraiser are used to support field trips and various activities on campus.
